Ruffin Consulting is an 8(a) Graduate and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB). The company was established in 2004 with its primary mission being to provide specialized services to Federal, city, state, and local municipalities as well as commercial entities. RC's vision is to provide quality and timely work that always "Exceeds Expectations." In order to fulfill this vision, Ruffin Consulting built a staff of seasoned professionals ranging in experience from 10-30 years providing:

Related to the Construction Division, Ruffin Consulting has a TN Contractors License (NASCLA). RC's NASCLA certificate entitles the firm licensing privileges and operation in the following other states: Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia, and Virgin Islands. The firm provides construction management and general construction services for government, industrial, commercial, and private industry projects. Our customer service goals are delivery of quality and timely service at competitive prices. In addition, Ruffin Consulting maintains a DCAA Compliant Accounting System to support and ensure fair and reasonable pricing.

Eric W. Ruffin is the President/CEO of Ruffin Consulting, PC. Mr. Ruffin obtained a BS degree in finance (with emphasis in accounting) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and later received a Master of Accountancy from Alabama State University. Mr. Ruffin is a native of Birmingham, AL but has been a resident of Tennessee for the past 15 years.

Mr. Ruffin has extensive practical work experience in construction and project management. Mr. Ruffin is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) that has provided project management and technical assistance to government and private sector clients for the past 15 years.
